1. Minimum group size
- A minimum of 10 people is required for every matric dance booking.
- The 10-person minimum includes the entire group and all service providers attending the property.

Cherry Nest opens its rooms, gardens and lawns to matric dance groups as a private daytime preparation and photography location. Arrive in the morning, have hair and makeup done, get dressed, take your photographs and leave for the dance in style.
This is not an overnight accommodation booking, and the package does not include a photographer or photoshoot service — you are welcome to bring your own photographer, makeup artist and hairstylist.

Minimum group size: 10 people
The minimum of 10 people includes everyone attending the property for the booking — matric students, photographer, makeup artists, hairstylists, family members, friends, assistants and any other vendors or people involved.
Please do not count only the matric students toward the minimum.

Every matric dance booking is subject to owner approval.
Matric dance enquiries are handled individually by the Cherry Nest owners. Pricing, availability, permitted areas, duration and additional requirements may vary depending on your group and requirements. Submitting an enquiry does not confirm your booking.

2. Daytime use only
- Bookings are for daytime preparation and photoshoot purposes only.
- Overnight accommodation is not included unless separately arranged and confirmed with the owners.
3. Booking confirmation
- Submitting an enquiry does not guarantee a booking.
- A booking is only confirmed once Cherry Nest has approved the request and the required booking and payment arrangements are completed.
4. Owner approval
- Cherry Nest reserves the right to approve or decline bookings depending on availability, group size, requested activities and property requirements.
5. Respect the property
- Guests must treat the property, furniture, décor, gardens, rooms and equipment with care.
- Any damage caused during the booking may be charged to the person responsible or the booking party.
6. Clean-up requirement
- Guests are responsible for leaving the property in the condition in which they found it.
- All personal belongings, makeup, beauty products, clothing, packaging, food and drinks must be removed before departure.
- Do not leave makeup, perfume bottles, hair products, clothing or accessories behind.
7. Makeup & beauty products
- Makeup, hair products, perfume and other beauty products must be used responsibly.
- Take extra care to avoid staining furniture, bedding, curtains, walls, floors or other surfaces.
- Excessive cleaning or damage from makeup, hair products, perfume, fake tan or glitter may result in an additional fee.
8. No permanent alterations
- No decorations, fixtures, nails, tape, glue, confetti or glitter may be used on walls, furniture or property surfaces without prior approval.
9. Food & drinks
- Food and drinks may only be brought onto the property with prior approval.
- Guests must clean up after eating or drinking. No excessive mess or spills will be tolerated.
10. Alcohol
- Alcohol is not permitted unless specifically discussed and approved by the owners in advance.
- Cherry Nest reserves the right to refuse alcohol-related activities.
11. Noise & behaviour
- Guests must behave respectfully and keep noise at a reasonable level.
- The property is not intended for parties or large celebrations unless specifically approved.
12. External vendors
- Photographers, makeup artists, hairstylists and other vendors are welcome subject to prior approval.
- The booking party is responsible for ensuring all vendors understand and follow Cherry Nest's rules.
13. Photography
- Photography is permitted within the areas approved by Cherry Nest.
- Certain private or restricted areas may not be used for photography.
14. Time restrictions
- Guests must arrive and leave within the agreed booking times.
- Additional time may only be granted with prior approval and may carry an additional charge.
15. Number of guests
- Only the number of people approved during the booking process may attend.
- Additional guests cannot be added on the day without prior approval.
16. Personal belongings
- Cherry Nest is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged personal belongings.
- Keep valuables secure and take all belongings with you when leaving.
17. Damage & additional charges
- Any damage, excessive cleaning, missing items or breach of the booking rules may result in additional charges.
18. Cancellation
- Cancellation and refund terms will be communicated by the Cherry Nest owners when the booking is confirmed.
19. Parking
- Only one vehicle is permitted to park at the house itself.
- All other vehicles and guest cars must be parked in the designated parking area outside the property.
- No vehicles are allowed on the lawns or garden areas at any time.
